Kahlen Rondot, my heart acheth

U ask what she is doing now, i found that: Despite being considered a stand-out and one of the best models on ANTM Cycle 4, Rondot struggled to get signed by a modeling agency, which many say is because of her resemblance to Carmen Kass, who was already an established model. Rondot is no longer modeling and now works as a bartender in New York City, with plans on opening her own bar.

just take a look at her lately - the club pictures, topless shots, she looks way cheaper than I'd have ever expected. disappointing she's become kinda a club whore.

hmm...but the case is already over dude...wahy wana bring it back...for me both have the talents...but only one have the special thing..not only by lOoks...but by what that person ca conyribute in the fashion industry very well...so for this i really disagree with what people says...but naima has the potential of what it takes to be a top model...well although she has some bad over the past...just don't judge someone over it...shes a model now...no one can change it...

Estoy de acuerdo con ustedes. Pero en cierto modo no lo estuve con el panel o los jueces (judges) sobre "eso" que le hacia falta a Kahlen. Creo que ellos veian que le faltaba caracter. Pero considero que si ella al llenar ese requisito para ellos, dejaria de ser Kahlen y seria otra persona, es mas, considero que seria una del monton. Y eso que supuestamente a ella le hace falta , en lo personal,no lo necesita.

I'm so agree with you. But in certain way I wasn't with the judges (judges) about what kahlen miss or need to fill - kind of requirement. I think that they thought that kahlens need more character. I believe that if she fill that requirement for them (i say "them" because she would do it for them and not for herself) she would become someone else. And she doesn't need that. Whatever she is missing , she doesnt need it!

as soon as i started watching season 4 of A.N.T.M. I instantly knew Kahlen was the best and I want to wish her the best of luck in the future...but a few nights ago they showed an update on what the models were up to and Kahlen still hasn't found the right agent for her, give her some time and we should be seeing her around. Yes i was upset when i found out that kahlen did not win. Soon as she walked on the first show i was so into her. She had a natural beuty that none of the girls had. yeh sure naima is a good model but kahlen could walk, and pose her ass off. So i do not care what the judges say kahlen is americas next top model, and remember that.

I think Kahlen should have won i think she had more talent and would have been a better spokesmodel , i think naima would have crumbled under alot of pressure , she seemed quite and concerved but that wasnt her , Kahlen seemed so real which i love. and when you look at the judgin ALL the judges prefered Kahlen especially Janice and i dont quite understand how Janice didnt get her way lol ... anyway so why did Naima win in the end? I dont know but i think the judges didnt think long enough... Kahlen in my opinion was better than Naima from what i saw , could be wrong , im not an expert either ... Naima was great also one of my favorites but again Kahlen kahlen kahlen

I totally disagree! I think Naima won fairly. She has a unique look that placed her above Kahlen. Kahlen was just a quite girl that had great pictures. But Naima had good pictures and a killing catwalk presence. Naima's overal package was better than Kahlen's. But Kahlen was good also.

The only reason I watched this show was an aol pop-up of all of the girls... and Kahlen stood out to me above the rest at that point. By far the best one. Nothing against Naima, who was unique, Kahlen blew her out of the water in all of the photo shoots. Its a shame she didn't win, but I think she'll have opportunities in the near future in the industry.

I watched Kahlen on the show as if I were watching a good friend. I can't believe it's been over for a long time and I'm still lured by her! I hope all the best for her.

I went to high school in Broken Arrow with Kahlen and was of course rooting for her the whole way. Go Tigers!!

I was absolutely positive Kahlen was going to win when the last show started. Then they had their last photo shoot and Kahlen had an amazing Covergirl shot. Throughout the season I was impressed with each and every one of Kahlen's shots. She had an amazing ability to show different emtions. I think that even though she didn't win, she will have an amazing modeling career.

I didn't even watch the show until she caught my eye! I picked Kahlen out of the 20 girls, based on looks, and as the show went.. I payed attention to her a lot! At the end, when they were both standing infront of the judges... I knew Naima was going to win, but I know for a fact that America wouldn't keep Kahlen away too long, LMAO too many people are hooked on her!

Yep. I hope that we see more of Kahlen in the future. Yoanna has been out of the public eye, but have have heard that she will be doing TV soon.

Hmm. I wonder if they are going to put the second season of ANTM on DVD. I never saw that season, but I checked out the website and Yoanna really stood out in her pictures.

definately...kahlen should of won but its also good that she didnt win. she is very good for cover girl(at least better than naima) but would be better with more high fashion things. but i still think naima shouldnt have won. just not the model type or the cover girl type

I agree with you as well. I was so sure that Kahlen would win and she was clearly the best girl of the bunch. However, I was reading an article about Yoanna House (winner of Top Model 2nd season) and she mentioned that it's actually better to be in the 2nd or 3rd runner up position. Apparently the winner of Top Model is under contract for a full year and cannot take additional jobs outside of the contract. Granted they do get a salary of $100,000 but the other girls are free to pursue as much as they can after June 1st which is when they're free from Tyra's hold on them. Plus the exposure from Top Model really puts them on their way. So I'm sure Kahlen will have no problem snagging an agency very soon. Also, you can see her in the current issue of US Weekly in a 4-page spread with Naima Keenyah -- Kahlen stands out above both of them.

I agree too. I loved Kahlen, inside and out. Naima actually seems like she has some serious issues, so maybe the judges felt bad for her. In my opinion she is a beautiful girl but she still seemed fake, or in a shell (to put it politely) at the end.

Kahlen is really funny too. I thought she was really cute in that commercial.

One more comment: I don't think it is possible for a model to be both commercial and haute couture. They are mutually exclusive - Being a "Covergirl" is kind of cheesy, and after that you can't expect to be on a runway in Milan.
