This article purports to offer tips to becoming an early riser. My personal experience in this is a tad tortured. I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of being awake early in the morning – up and about and doing my shizznat. But it rarely happens. I love being up early; I hate getting up early.Typically it’s because I just can’t get to sleep at night. I’ve tried forcing myself to get up early (sometimes weeks at a time) in hopes that my internal clock would readjust and I’d start getting tired early. It doesn’t happen. Even when I rise early, I’m still up at 1, 2 or even 3 in the morning. I’ve generally decided to let myself be; but for those of you trying to figure out how to more happily rise early, this piece might be helpful.
To the rest of you, I say: don’t sweat it; it’s always early.. somewhere.
