Not A Frog March, But Rove Marches

Well, Rove is out.  There’s a lot of speculation about why now.  I think I agree with the “lull” theory – there really was no great time for him to leave.  So, they had to find the “least bad” time to get him out on his own power – rather than the messy power of an indictment – and hopefully save Bush in the process.  Not that this changes very much.
