Thunderstorm

We had an incredible thunderstorm two nights ago. One of the strongest I’ve ever been in - perhaps the strongest. The sky was literally strobing with light - for well over an hour - and I’d say there were 20 or more very close strikes. I’ll define very close as the type of lighting strike where it is not followed by rumbling - nono - these are flashes with a simultaneous “pop” or “snap” sound within a couple hundred meters of you and you can feel the electricity in the air.

I still love thunderstorms.
